Option	Description
After attaching the report, leave only the report ticked	When you attach a worksheet report, only the report itself will remain ticked. All other attachments will be unticked, and you'll have to tick them again if you want to include them in another worksheet.
Attach internal notes to land description for worksheet	Have internal notes included in the land description on the worksheet.
Only check for future value worksheets in AVA MVP3-8	Restrict the search in Annual values audit / VAR | MVP: RR-1,2 w/s to worksheets that use future values. Otherwise, count properties whose latest worksheets were for the LT year.
Use worksheet stages to indicate whether exported	Use worksheet stages that are marked as being exported within the exported worksheet statistics. See Worksheet stages.
Always round worksheet calculated rates up	Uses a custom rounding scheme that takes the ceiling to 3 significant figures. Otherwise, uses the VNSW rounding scheme that takes the floor to 3 significant figures.
Show $/FSA in worksheet comparisons	Indicate that you want the $/FSA included when the system generates comparisons between sales and/or properties in worksheets.
Suppress main calcs in worksheet data for S28 properties	Indicate that you want the system to exclude the comments generated from the main worksheet calculation table if the property is an S28 property.
Tick "Balance area" box by default	The boxes in the worksheet calculations (main) and worksheet calculations (other) panels will be ticked whenever you go to those panels. If you want to enter values other than areas, you'll have to untick them. When the Contractor option is not ticked, you'll have to tick the box in the Property or Supps' Worksheet calculations panels to enable the feature. Which attachments to display on worksheet page and include in bulk exports	Select an option from this list to indicate which attachments should be displayed in the Worksheet display page and in bulk exports (Property search results | Action | Attach worksheet PDF(s)).
Compare against future LV from	Pick the date at which the system will start comparing the land value of the subject property against the future land value of the comparison property when making default comparison text. Before this date, the comparison will be against the LT land value.
Subject / analysis comparison type	When performing a comparison of sales/analyses in a worksheet, automatically generate one of the given types of comparisons: Don't generate comparisons A one-word comparison will be one of Superior, Comparable or Inferior where Superior and Inferior represent a +/- 3% difference in land value from the subject property. A long comparison without mentioning the analysed or future land value. A long comparison which will be of the form: Size comparison sized, property size block, situated on street name in suburb. Zoned property zone. Adjusted land value of value or rate/area. Overall the sale is considered comparison text to the subject property. A template comparison. A template comparison is generated according to the default template defined for the 'Sale comparison (worksheet)' template type. See Comparison templates.
When replacing BM worksheet sales with component report BM sales	Choose what you want the system to do when replacing worksheet comparison sales (see the Replace current worksheet sales in the property search results page).
Default land description	Default text to be included in the Land description field within a worksheet.
Default improvements	Default text to be included in the Improvements field within a worksheet.
Default H&B use - improved	Default text to be included in the H&B use - improved field within a worksheet.
Default heritage	Default text to be included in the Heritage field within a worksheet.
Default rationale	Default text to be included in the Rationale field within a worksheet.
Default sale comparison comment	Default text to be included in the Sale comparison comment field within a worksheet.
Default license/lease	Default text to be included in the License/lease field within a worksheet.
Default zoning	Default text to be included in the Zoning field within a worksheet.
Default H&B use - permissible	Default text to be included in the H&B use - permissible field within a worksheet.
Default environment	Default text to be included in the Environment field within a worksheet.
Default floor space ratio	Default text to be included in the Floor space ratio field within a worksheet.
