Export history
There are many types of data you can export from MVOW. These are:
- Supplementaries (supps)
- Coded sales
- Worksheets
- Component changes
- Market data
- Annual values
- General rate load (benchmark valuations) (CL ONLY)
- LAMC value load (CL ONLY)
Sale analyses are dealt with elsewhere, but there are two types of coded sales exports, and two types of market data exports.
Supplementaries
When you click the Supplementaries tab, the page shows you the list of districts that have supps that are ready to export. You tick the districts for which you want to export supps, and click the Export button.
There is a Find supps button that you can click to view the supps that are about to be exported. The system will open a supp search results tab containing only the supps that will be exported.
Coded sales
You can export recently coded sales (the system will tell you how many there are), or all coded sales. Either way, you click the Export button, the system will generate the file you require, and then clear the list of recently coded sales.
Component changes
Component changes are tracked as you move properties around. When you know you’ve made a few changes that you want to report to VNSW, come here and click the Export button.
This will also include changes to component descriptions.
Market data
There are two styles of market data files. The first is sales market data, where all of the sale analyses are packed up for sending to VNSW. You can do this as often as you want. The second is annual market data that contains component information, benchmarks, analyses, and the relationships between the benchmarks and analyses. You’ll produce these files as part of your annual values delivery. In either case, you’ll need to select a district before clicking the Export button.
Annual values
As for the annual market data files, you’ll need to choose a district before you click the Export button.
You also have the option of including PIDs that don't yet have their future values determined, and you can also indicate that you want apportionment children included. Without ticking these boxes, those PIDs will not be included.
If you choose to include PIDs that don't yet have future values, there may be many errors ... up to thirteen per PID.
If you choose to include apportionment children and they don't have future values, they won't be included unless you've also ticked the box to include PIDs without future values.
General rate load (benchmark valuations) (CL ONLY)
Select the year whose rate you want to load before you click the Export button.
LAMC value load
There are no parameters to choose here; the system will export all LAMC values.
