Components

Maintain the identity and configuration of components within each district.

List

The list page lets you:

add new items (New item button)
edit existing items (Edit button)
force the export of the component (Export button)
directly edit the Verify valuer and/or the Supp valuer and have your changes immediately committed to the database. You can fill down or to the side using the square drag handle at the bottom right of the table cell.
directly edit the Team and have your changes immediately committed to the database. You can fill down using the square drag handle at the bottom right of the table cell.

You can set any of the fields below.

Field	Description
Code	The component code cannot be updated if there are any properties in this component.
District	The district cannot be updated if there are any properties in this component.
Zone
LTT category	The land tax threshold category.
Description
Verification valuer	This valuer will be associated with the component for verification activities.
Supp valuer	Supps in this component will be assigned to this valuer when they're imported.
Inactive	Tick this box to have the component deactivated and removed from drop-down lists.
Non homogenous	Flags this component as non-homogeneous.
QRP area	Deprecated as QRP values are shown by both value and area now.
Default BM property type	Used in component reports for individual benchmark properties.
BM property sub-category	Used in component reports for individual benchmark properties.
Change date	From 2B-6 in the 1.9.4 file spec.
Reviewed	Can be entered manually here, or by ticking the icon on the Quicklinks \| Verify components page.
Target reviewed	Set this date when you're specifying when the component verification review should be completed.
Team	The team with which this component is to be associated. While you can set a component's team individually on this popup, it's more time-efficient to do it on the grid.
