Allow bulk editing of property LT values | Enable LT values in the bulk property editor page. When unticked, only future values are editable. This box relies on the option above being ticked, and it will be unticked and disabled if the box above is unticked. |
Automatically update calculations when the future LV is updated | When the user sets or updates the future land value, the system tries to pull the worksheet calculations into line with the future value. |

Take VNSW rounding rules into account when calculating factors | Shows a factor that can be applied to the (year - 1) land value to get the year land value. When unticked, the VNSW factor column in the property valuations table is year land value / (year - 1) land value. desktop_windows If numbers were precise, these would mean the same thing; but rounding messes with stuff. |

Exceptional factor lower cutoff | The threshold value used when you enter a future value in the Valuation table. When the factor between the LT year's value and the entered value is lower than this value, the system will show a please explain box. |
Exceptional factor upper cutoff | The threshold value used when you enter a future value in the Valuation table. When the factor between the LT year's value and the entered value is greater than this value, the system will show a please explain box. |
High value cutoff | Land values that exceed this value will be noted as high and included in the 29 (328). High value properties (property level) AVA exceptions table. This functionality is set to be replaced by a more comprehensive system. |
