Option	Description
Company name	The name of your company. It will included on reports that you generate.
Contractor code	Your VNSW contractor code. It will be included in files that you export to VNSW.
Notification email address	The system will use this email address if it needs to send an email to your company. While messages to individuals will be sent to their email addresses, this address will be used for messages not specific to any particular user.
Current system base year	This read-only field contains the current LT base year. Click the button at the end of the disabled entry field to change the system base year. See Update system base date.
Exclude apportionments from annual values integrity checks	Counts properties with apportionments as a single property for statistical purposes.
Default new value authority code	This is the authority code that will be applied to a future value by default.
Label for extra analysis / component report valuer	You can choose for this label to be either Supervising valuer or Assistant valuer. This setting flows through to reports.
Exclude sent supps from the Incomplete supps by stage pie chart	Prevent supps that have been put into export files from showing up on the dashboard in the relevant pie chart.
Don't allow any in-place editing of search results	Tick this box to prevent people from choosing to edit values in the search results tables. At present, this only applies to the property search results.
