CL tenure detail

The CL tenure detail page consists of the following sections (or “panels”):

These panels are locked in place, but will react to how you resize your browser.

CL admin

This panel shows administrative information about the tenure. It displays the following fields:

• Account number
• Region
• Office
• District
• Suburb
• Area
• Lot/DP (combined)
• Last obj date
• Rebate category
• Valuation CM9 ref
• CLCTA

Tenure

This panel shows information about the tenure itself. It displays the following fields:

• Tenure class
• Holder
• Holder class
• Commencement date
• Term (years)
• Expiry date
• Curr gross annual rent
• Curr net annual rent
• Rent at last review
• Rent before last review
• Structures
• Usage
• Usage classification

Redetermination

This panel shows information about the rental redetermination process. It displays the following fields:

• Issue date
• Process type
• Status
• Last review
• Next review
• Previous val date
• Previous valuer
• Rent at last review
• Rent before last review
• Suspension expiry
• Suspended

MVOW property information

If the system can find one or more properties that correspond to the lot/DP of the tenure, these properties will be displayed here. For each property, the panel will contain the following information:

• The property ID (PID) - this is a link to the PID detail page
• The PID's legal description
• The PID's address
• The PID's area
• A collection of the PID's land values

MVOW sales

If the system can find one or more properties that correspond to the lot/DP of the tenure, and the property has any sales recorded in MVOW, the panel will display the following information for each sale:

• The property ID (PID) - this is a link to the PID detail page
• The PID's legal description
• The PID's address
• The sale's dealing number - this is a link to the sale detail page
• The sale's contract date
• The sale price
