Option	Description
Tick "Balance area" box by default	The box in the attributes panel will be ticked whenever you go to the Attributes panel. If you want to enter values other than areas, you'll have to untick it. When the Contractor option is not ticked, you'll have to tick the box in the Property’s Attributes panel or the Supp’s Attributes panel to enable the feature.
