Summary of statistics for a district, by zone. Includes number of properties, number of sales, COD, MVP and PRD by zone. You must nominate a base year and a district.

Statistics by component

Statistical measures for each component in a district, grouped by zone. Includes the numbers of properties, benchmarks, sales and analysed sales. Also includes COD, MVP and PRD per component. You must nominate a base year and a district.

Ratio of values to sales

Chart containing the ratio of values to sales for a zone. Values are noted on the right vertical axis; MVP for the zone is noted in the DATA sheet. You must nominate a district, a zone and a base year.

Component data table

Component data table as per the procedures manual. You must nominate a district and a base year.

District details report

Contains the factor, number of properties, properties not valued, total current LTV and total future LTV by component within zone for a given LGA. Totals are also provided for the zone and district. You must nominate a base year and a district.

Final report values

Contains the total LG, LT and future values by zone category within a district.

Land value distribution

Contains the two charts per component: one is a line graph with all future property value; the other is a histogram. Contains the factor, number of properties, properties not valued, total current LTV and total future LTV by component within zone for a given LGA. Totals are also provided for the zone and district. You must nominate a base year and a district.

Comparison of average value changes

Listing is by component within zone. It measures the difference in average value changes between analysed sale properties and the average value change for all other properties within the component. You must nominate a base year and a district.

Land value ratios check

Used when undertaking the Land Value Ratio check as mentioned in the procedures manual, this report lists propertie whose new value is outside of 0.5 and 2.0 times the original value. You must nominate a base year, a district and variation limits.

Property counts by zone

This report lists the number of property per zone for the districts in a nominated region. It ignores base years, and whether properties have values in any particular year, but only counts non-cancelled and "in-contract" properties.

Property counts by risk rating

This report lists the number of properties by risk rating for each component within zone for the districts in a nominated region. It ignores base years, and whether properties have values in any particular year, but only counts non-cancelled and "in-contract" properties.

LT & FU LV comparison by LGA

This is a bar chart that shows the differences between the total LT and future values by LGA.

Percent change to LV by LGA

This is a bar chart that shows the variance in total LV between the LT and future year by LGA.

Percent change to LV by zone category (future LVs)

This is a bar chart that shows the variance in total LV between the LT and future year by zone category.

Percent change to LV by zone category (adjusted LVs)

This is a bar chart that shows the variance in total LV between the LT and adjusted LVs from future year market analyses by zone category. Note that it only considers property values from properties with future year market analyses.

Media release values

Contains the total LG, LT and future values by zone category within a district, with categories determined by the VG.

Component market movements

This report lists all the components in a district (including cancelled ones) and the factors for a nominated range of years. It also includes the accumulated product of all factors over the nominated years. If there is a year with no factor (which occurs when the component was cancelled or created within the range), the system defaults to a factor of 1 for that year.
