Crown land tenures

The CL tenures menu provides a search interface for accessing Crown Land tenure records. You use it by:

1. Defining the search criteria (or selecting from an existing search criteria).
2. Executing a search.
3. Refining or selecting from the search results.
4. Executing the desired actions on the selected search result items.
