Auditing contractors
As auditing setup is a careful process involving multiple parties, setting it up will require you to contact ECS.
If auditing is enabled for your MVOW instance, then setting a user up as an auditor is a trivial process. The Contractor Auditor role is a system-defined role that, when applied to a user, permits them to have read-only access to all of the auditable contractor's instances. Upon accessing MVOW with this role, a dropdown selection will become visible in the header bar.
This dropdown selection will allow you to swap between instances quickly. Each auditor in each instance has their own options and settings, such as dashboard layouts, search result layouts and favourited searches. As such, multiple auditors can view and interact with a single contractor instance without conflicting with one another.
Auditor users will not be visible to the contractor being audited. They will not appear in user lists, nor will the Contractor Auditor role be visible for the contractor being audited.
