How do I send future values with my supps?

Once annual values have been delivered, VNSW asks for future values to be provided in the supps on a per district basis until you’ve rolled over to the new year. Here is how to provide those future values until you’ve rolled over to the new year.

How to send future values with supps

If you go to Reference items | Districts, you’ll see a column with the heading Annual values delivered. This is the date that you have delivered your final values to the VG.

When this date has passed, MVOW will include future values in supps together with the current LT and LG values.

There is also a column with the heading Annual values applied. This is the date that your values are accepted by the VG and applied.

When this date has passed, MVOW will deliver the future values and the corresponding LG values as if the future year were the LT year. When you roll the system over (making the future base date the current LT base date), the system will deliver LT and LG values.

To set these dates:

From Reference items | Districts, press the Edit Edit button. The Edit item popup appears.

Select a date from the appropriate input field.

Press Save.

Ensuring the correct LG year

To make ensure the correct LG year is used:

From Contractor | Options | General settings, click the Rollover Rollover button.

MVOW will show you a table of LG years as they relate to LT years.

On this page, you should have 2021 at the head of the far right column. Then, for each district, you’ll see the LG year that corresponds to the 2020 LT year. Just make sure that you have years in there, and there are no table cells with a pink background.

If you have this:

… check to make sure the numbers in the pink column are correct (you can double-click to edit them), and then click the Save LG years button at the bottom of the page.

Then you should get this:

… and you’ll be good to go.
