How do I send my supps out now that they're ready?
Once you've completed the work you need to do with your supps, you select at least one of them in the supp search results, and choose the Action | Mark as ready to send… menu item. This will result in the system trying to change the status of all supps in the workflow to ready to send. If it succeeds, you can then go to Data transfer | Export data | New Export | Supplementaries menu item. The export box will show a list of districts from which you can select the districts for which you want to export the supps.
Obviously, things can go wrong. MVOW does a bunch of validation checks before allowing you to mark a supp as ready to send, and here is the list. The system will replace items in braces with actual values. Codes 162 - 169 and 903 can be elevated to errors in Contractor | Options | Supplementaries.

There are cases where what you've entered is valid, despite the validation. So at this point, you need to know that if you enter a valuer comment, you can acknowledge all error messages, and the system will mark the supp as ready to send.
