How do I analyse multi- or partial-property sales?

Open your analysis, and scroll down to the bottom of the page (or find the tab with the Multi-property PIDs panel). The Multi-property PIDs panel is the one that you're interested at this point. Enter or paste your list of PIDs into that box, and click the Calculate button. The system will send the PIDs to the server, and receive in turn some information about those properties.

Alternatively, you can enter the dealing numbers that make up the "in-one-line" sale. You'll have to do this when the PIDs in the sale have different dealing numbers.

The information will be combined, and you'll see that:

• the analysis has a new area, being the sum of the areas of the component properties;
• the description will be the collapsed version of all lots and DPs; and,
• in the Calculation panel, the LV at prior LT BD will be the sum of the land values of the properties.

You should enter the assessed future LV as the sum of the future land values of all properties.

You will have to save this analyses to have the updates kept.

This will result in a "NULL" PID being sent to VNSW with the market data for this analysis.
